Modern Websites for Classical Music Festivals
Your festival creates transformative musical experiences. But if your website is outdated, slow, or confusing, you're losing qualified applicants before they ever hit "apply."
We build modern, fast, mobile-optimized festival websites that reflect the quality of your programs and convert visitors into enrolled students—all in 6-8 weeks.
Is Your Festival Website Costing You Qualified Applicants?
Outdated Design
Your website looks like it was built in 2010. Prospective students see it and question whether your festival is still active.
Broken on Mobile
Gen Z applicants browse on phones. If your site doesn't work on mobile, they'll move on to the next festival.
Slow Load Times
Your site takes 10+ seconds to load. Studies show 53% of visitors abandon sites that take longer than 3 seconds.
Confusing Navigation
Applicants can't find your program details, faculty list, or application link. They give up and apply elsewhere.
Impossible to Update
You need to hire a developer every time you want to update your faculty list or schedule. It's expensive and slow.
No Clear Enrollment Path
There's no obvious "Apply Now" button. Interested students don't know what to do next.
Sound familiar? You're not alone. Most festival websites were built years ago and haven't been updated to meet modern standards—or student expectations.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to build a festival website?
6-8 weeks from kickoff to launch. We work in sprints: Discovery (2 weeks), Design & Development (3 weeks), Content Migration & Testing (2 weeks), Launch & Training (1 week).
Can we update the website ourselves after launch?
Yes! We include CMS (Content Management System) integration so you can update programs, faculty, schedules, and other content yourself—no developer needed. We'll train your team on how to use it during launch week.
Do you work with festivals outside the US?
Absolutely. We've worked with festivals internationally. All we need is clear communication (Zoom calls work great across time zones) and content from your team.
What if we need ongoing support after launch?
Most festivals run on Festival Platform at $500/mo: website, applications, email, and ticketing, light-managed by our team year-round. Concierge at $1,000-1,500/mo adds branding, a done-for-you launch, and a design retainer, aligned with your recruitment cycle. Fully custom builds are quoted on a call.
Can you integrate with our existing application system?
Yes. We can integrate with most systems (Acceptd, Submit able, custom forms). If you don't have an application system yet, we can build one as part of our Application & Enrollment Funnel package.
What makes you different from other web designers?
We're musicians serving festivals. Garrett is an Interlochen alum and CIM graduate who understands conservatory training and festival operations. We speak your language and build systems tailored to the festival lifecycle—not generic websites.
