Design that carries your season

Your audience meets the poster before the performance. Brand identity, print, and campaign design made for music organizations, by a working artist.

One-time projects, a monthly design retainer, or both. Everything delivered in the formats your printers and platforms ask for.

The gap between how you sound and how you look

Every poster looks like a different organization

One volunteer made the fall poster, the office made the spring one, and neither matches the website. Donors and presenters notice the drift even when they cannot name it.

Design lands on whoever has an evening free

Your section leader with Canva is generous, not a designer. The hours they spend fighting templates are hours they are not doing what you actually brought them in to do.

Season materials arrive in a rush

Programs get finished the week of the concert and posters go up late. The design was always going to happen; it just never got the time it needed.

Your logo does not survive contact with print

It was made for a website header, and now it is blurry on a banner and unreadable on a program spine. A working identity has to hold up everywhere your name appears.

An artist, not an agency queue

Photography and design are led by Danielle Dinstman, a Los Angeles artist and designer (BFA Painting, Boston University) whose work spans photography, illustration, and brand identity, including Fugue Lab’s own.

A season designed by one hand stays one family from the first poster to the last program, and every request goes to the person who will actually draw it.

The projects

Brand Direction Sprint

$1,500 one-time

Two weeks. A working session that ends with a decision, a look at how you sit against comparable organizations, a written direction, and one finished piece: a season poster using your real repertoire. Credited in full against any brand project booked within 60 days.

Identity Core

$4,500 one-time

The mark and its variants, palette, typography, and a usage guide. Delivered live: your colors and type are applied to your running site, program PDFs, and tickets, not handed over as a document for someone else to implement. Pairs with the platform from $50 a month.

Identity System

$8,500 one-time

Identity Core plus how you sound and what you print: voice and boilerplate, concert program and ticket templates, email templates, and a social template set your staff can actually post from. Pairs with the platform plus Managed Design.

Season Launch

From $12,500 one-time

The whole change, run for you: everything in Identity System plus a new site build, a season campaign, a photography day, and rollout support through the announcement. Quoted per season, and it usually continues as Concierge.

Done For You

Managed Design

$750/mo

A designer on call: social graphics, print pieces, campaign assets. One active request at a time, 72-hour turnaround. Includes upkeep of your brand system so every piece stays on-brand.

Want the whole visual side handled alongside your website and email? That is Concierge, where this capacity is already included.

Add to any project

Naming

$2,500 one-time

A name, the reasoning behind it, and a check that it is actually available. Sold before identity work, never after.

Verbal identity

$2,500 one-time

How the organization sounds in writing: voice, boilerplate, and three message pillars, with before-and-after rewrites of your own copy.

Season campaign

$3,500 one-time

Your whole season designed as one family: announcement graphics, program covers, social templates, and print pieces.

Print design

$650-1,500 per piece

Concert programs, posters, postcards, season brochures. Print-ready files plus a web version of each.

Animated logo

$1,200 one-time

Your mark in motion for reels, pre-concert screens, and video titles. Delivered with a transparent version so it sits on any footage.

For parishes

Church music budgets work differently, so parish work is priced differently. Most of it starts with the concert series or the choir season rather than the whole parish identity.

Logo design

$750 one-time

A mark that holds up on a bulletin, a concert program, and a website header. Delivered in every format you will be asked for.

Parish identity package

$1,500-3,000 one-time

Logo plus palette, typography, and a short usage guide, including substitute fonts, so a volunteer can produce a bulletin that still looks like your parish.

Concert series identity

$1,200-2,500 one-time

A look for the music program specifically: series poster, program covers, and social templates for the choir season.

Questions

Do we need to be a Fugue Lab website client?

No. Design projects stand on their own. They do pair naturally with a site we run, because new graphics land straight in your website, email, and social without a handoff.

What does Managed Design cover month to month?

For $750 a month you send design requests as they come up: a concert announcement, a program cover, social graphics for the season. One request is active at a time, with a 72-hour turnaround.

What if we need a whole season designed at once?

That is the season campaign project: announcement graphics, program covers, social templates, and print pieces designed together as one family, priced as a single engagement.

Who owns the work?

You do. Source files and print-ready exports are yours, delivered in the formats your printers and platforms ask for. Same policy as everything else here: you can leave with everything.

Every project ends with you owning the files, full resolution, no strings.
